Having been an acne-filled, ex-obese kid with no muscle mass, the motivation of my misery focused my life on finding the quickest solutions to fix my troubles; now being an fitness professional, my past spread to my coaching ideology.
My research is always being experimented on myself; I’ll never will make you do something that I wouldn’t do myself; my hands-on experience allows me to better help you day-in-day-out.
To put it short: my philosophy is simple; my methods are not.
I believe everybody deserves to have an attractive physique, but one with purpose.
Since the beginning of my career as an fitness professional, I have helped models sculpt their body into contract-nailing physiques, athletes achieve game-wining performance, and even average people become the inspiration around them with their newfound body.Motive is key in my principles.
Every body is different, thus every meal, workout, and motivational approach should be tailored to YOU.
The success of my methods is found behind the combination of individually tailored workouts, meal plans, and motivational habits to get you to a lean and attractive physique. My habit of always staying current with new research, lead me to discover the best ways to integrate the aforementioned to also improve your skin and hair quality.
I believe your gym time should be based around your life-style, not the other way around.
I don’t believe you should ever spend two hours in the gym, seven days a week. I never coached my trainees more than 4x a week; living by the “get-in, get-out of the gym in less than an hour” rule was golden.
You will get to live your life; and more importantly, you will get to live it to your FULL potential. You will be your own Leader.
